From 500px up: 4 columns, with Status forced to col-start-1 so
Status/Zahlungsstatus/Artikel/Gesamtbetrag land together in one row
below Bestellnummer/Datum, instead of Grid filling the empty cells
next to Bestellnummer/Datum first.
